At ANIX-PRO, we don’t follow the path of mass production. Each knife undergoes a strictly controlled manufacturing process to ensure top-tier quality.

Blade:
We use Böhler N690 steel, known for its exceptional resistance to wear and corrosion. The blades are hardened in a nitrogen-protected atmosphere and triple-tempered to a final hardness of 58-60 HRC. This process guarantees optimal strength and long-lasting edge retention.

Handle:
The handle features a dual-component design for maximum grip and comfort. The ABS plastic base provides solid structure, overmolded with a special rubber-like THERMOLAST K component. This combination ensures excellent grip, even under extreme conditions and after wear and tear from usage.

Sheath:
For protection and safe carrying, we use sheaths made from LUPOY, a high-functional engineering plastic based on polycarbonate. It’s reinforced for outstanding durability.
